Fine Art vs. Graphic Design

I had this same question ask of me while take a class last semester. I at first believed that fine art was very different. To me Fine Art is for upper class society while lower class society would not understand it not because they are dumb but because I personally did not like art until I got into college it has opened up my eyes to see the color and beauty in every thing whether it be a poster, picture, or a well sought after master Piece I now know that this is all art. To conclude there is not differences between Fine Art and Graphic Design it is just used differently in some cases there is a fine line though that each would have to cross to be the other since they are so closely related or similar.
