Henry Darger

As we saw in the film, Henry  Darger was a suffered man since his childhood, he was abandon by his father and then he was taken to a sort of horphanatory. That was hard for him because he had to live the rest of his life with no parents and that started to create a feeling in Dargers' hearth. i think that all this situations that Darger had to live made him to become an artist. Even thought many people thought he was a little nuts he did not care about it. It is amazing to see that a person like Darger could make a fifteen thousand pages work in his whole life. and also it is rare to see a person to collect and be obsessed with little babies girls as Darger was, because of that he created the story of the Devian girls, girls that were sort of supernatural. Darger also was obsessioned with war, in his novel of the vivian girls in all the chapters there was war implicit. The people that surround Henry stared to think that he was a little crazy because of the way that he acted.  another thing for which the people labeled henry as a crazy man was for his inability of recognize the sexes of the man and woman. The devian girls were an example of this, they were always naked and many times they had head of girls but their genitals were from a boy. 

Even thought Henry could have been a little crazy this did not stopped him of being a great artist, maybe he did not even thought of that, and since he was almost always alone and not surround it by people he was able to create huge works of art. Another thing that he develop was his won style because he was not influenced by many artist.
