The Black Death by D.C. True

The effects of the plague on artist production after the 14th century in Italy composed of many things. After the Black Plague, many artists were preoccupied with death. They Showed this in much of their artwork. Artists also brought to life ideas of the afterlife and salvation of souls in their artwork. The also showed this in poetry, sculptures and paintings. The affects oin artists after the black plague were mostly psychological, but this greatly affected their art and theyre outlook on life as a whole. People turned to strange cults and religions, and you could see this in their work also.
