Is art only to be intentional and representational?

Most of the artworks that are considered to be art created by famous artists, were not originally intended to be art. The creations of artifacts such as coins made in the past, were not, at first, intended to be a representation of art, for they were created for trading and nothing more. Today, most of these coins are founded within most museums all around the world to represent the skill and design of old cultures in the past. Moreover, most of the things shown to represent a culture's style to understand their living ways, are also considered art representations. When most of these representations, such as temples, shrines, or castles were built, there was no intention of creating art; their only intention was to amplify their worship to their gods or just to show their power over others.
On the other hand, artists who experiment without the intention of creating a piece of artwork, find themselves with an achievement of creating an artwork. Most artists experiment and try new things without really knowing that a new art style or artwork was created. This proves that are can be created unintentionally.
I think that art is a powerful tool that gives us the ability to transcend our fears, hopes, and dreams into something tangible and real, living outside our minds.
Art can be anything around us. If one looks deep enough within our lifestyles, there can be many things that show how art has influenced the way we live. The way we dress, eat, and live, show that art is essential in our lives.
