Should art be intentional and representational to be considered art?

Hi everyone, my name is Nadiya. I don't have so much knowledge about art but i definitely do have my own opinion what i think about art is. There are some arts visibly representational and intentional, but we also see lots of them they don't really look like means anything. The ones representational and intentional arts are more likely inspiring and influencing for new artists and people who willing to become an artist and make people understand to appreciate for art. I think when the artist make their art, no matter if its good or bad art, the art still represent the artist and shows the artist had intention to say something with their art. Another word, all the art made with intention and to represent something.
