What is the Difference between fine art and graphic design? They are similar from a creative standpoint but different as terms.Fine art is a form of art that's expression of something for example a painting, a painting could be whatever the artist wants it to be. It doesn't have to severe a purpose its judged for its beauty. Fine art could be a sculpture or a statue, something that doesn't have a purpose but it say alot, it could also could also be a drawing or a architecture. Fine Art is art that could be created from inspiration, or what ever you desire. On the other hand A graphic design is an image and ideal of something that you bring to life. It could be anything that's meant to have purpose or specific effect. Its a visual piece of information that could be used electronically like a cellphone, TV, etc. A graphic design could be anything that is visual and has a purpose. In today's world we are surrounded by graphic designs all around us, inside our Holmes, to where ever we go outside of just nature its self.

I think that fine art and graphic design are clearly different because you cant look at them from the same perspective because a graphic design is meant to serve a purpose and art is meant create a feeling, that's the difference between fine art and a graphic design.
